2016 Leadership: Board of Directors and Advisors
In the spring of 2008, Suzanne’s husband Brian died unexpectedly from a heart attack. Nine months after his passing, Suzanne and her two young sons received the gift of the 12 Days of Christmas from anonymous church friends, moving the family from devastation to a euphoria so profound it changed their lives forever.
Since then, Suzanne and her boys have dedicated countless December hours paying forward the gift, creating In12Days and enabling others to help her spread joy to those who would otherwise feel sorrow during the holidays.
Art Greene is a veteran Las Vegas marketer, having worked on a variety of local brands including the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, City of Henderson and countless business-to-business brands. Art has experience working for advertising agencies and in-house.
Art is currently the Director of Marketing for Cashman Photo, a full service multimedia company, where he creates and implements sales and marketing initiatives.
Jerry Nadal has been in the entertainment industry for more than 24 years and is the current Senior Vice President, Resident Shows Division for Cirque du Soleil. In this position, Jerry is responsible for eight productions in Las Vegas and La Nouba at Downtown Disney in Orlando. Since Joining Cirque du Soleil in 1998, Jerry was Company Manager for the creation of Ka, Tour Manager for the Asian Pacific tour of Alegria and General Manager of the company’s Singapore office.
Mike Walsh is Project Director for Kitchell Contractors, describing the work as, "…[I] work with great clients and build great things." He is also the father of three with his wife Marjie. His son attends NAU and his two daughters are in high school, pursuing their interests in athletics and the theatre. Mike got connected to In12Days through Leadership Henderson by working with us as the Class of 2016 project. He has also worked on projects with Habitat for Humanity and is on the board for the National Association of Minority Contractors – Nevada.
Jordan Fiksenbaum has been working professionally in the live entertainment industry for more than 25 years. His senior management roles include sales and marketing, strategic planning, event programming, ticketing and operations. Within the theatre industry, Jordan has worked on a number of award winning productions including The Phantom of the Opera, Sunset Boulevard, The Lion King, Les Miserables and many more. In addition to his work on and off Broadway Jordan served as Vice President of Marketing for Cirque du Soliel. He has currently expended his experience to pursue several entrepreneurial ventures with in the live entertainment market.
Patrick Wainscott learned about In12Days while he was part of the Leadership Henderson Class of 2016. Within that program he, and his classmates, helped In12Days with fundraising, policy and procedures, office build out, and more! Patrick works as a Financial Advisor and Vice President of Investments at Ameriprise Financial Services in Henderson, NV where he has been working for 4 years. He is the father of two boys and has been involved with other philanthropy and service in the past, holding the position of State Membership Director and establishing a New Counsel at the Knights of Columbus in Nevada.
Donna moved to Las Vegas from New York in 1982 to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Soon after, her parents moved to Las Vegas as well! She lives with her partner Tony, his two daughters, and their three dogs: Sydnee, Anabel, and Tootsie. After completing her degree Donna went into banking and is now working as a Mortgage Loan Officer for US Bank. In addition to her work with In12Days Donna is a United Way supporter, has participated in a number of walks including: Breast Cancer, Arthritis, and Juvenile Diabetes, sat on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation and as President of the Board of FACT (Family and Child Treatment of Southern Nevada). When asked about In12Days Donna says, "What I love about In12Days is the hope we offer our recipients, the sense of community and belonging."

Deborah Campbell is President and CEO of Campbell and Associates, a strategy consultant firm for nonprofits, foundations, government agencies and business associations. In this role Deborah helps organizations engage stakeholders, develop and implement business plans and manage collaborative partnerships.
Prior to launching her own company, Deborah led two leading Southern Nevada nonprofits. She served as Vice President and Executive Director for the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation and Senior Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of the United Way of Southern Nevada.
Peter Silverman has extensive experience in the area of commercial litigation and general business counsel. he has substantial experience in a number of specialty areas, including franchising, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property, securities, and antitrust.Peter has been an active arbitrator since 1986 and mediator since 1990. He is a member of the AAA's Large, Complex Case Arbitration Panel. He teaches seminars nationwide and writes widely on alternative dispute resolution.
Stan Olsen is a lifelong Nevada resident with more than forty years experience in government, public affairs and law enforcement. He is currently president of the Olson Strategic Group, a government affairs consulting business. Previously, Stan served as both State Director and Chief of Staff for former Congressman John Porter and State Director for Congressman Joe Heck. His public policy involvement began when he was named Executive Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Services for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. In that role, he managed legislative proposals and appropriations for the department and also served as legislative liaison at the state level for 19 police agencies and 17 county sheriffs. He began his career in law enforcement with the Henderson Police Department in 1971 and joined the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 1973, retiring gin 20007. Stan is also a retired Nevada State Senator.
Paul Sherr has been practicing law for over 15 years. A civil litigator with experience for both plaintiffs and defendants, Paul has handled and settled many catastrophic injury cases, and he has argued at the Appellate level in New York.
As a general practitioner, Paul has developed a specialty in consumer bankruptcy law. He is in the business of aggressively repairing damaged credit and assisting people in restarting their lives after financial calamities, such as the loss of a breadwinner or a job. Paul has helped hundreds of people over the years in regaining financial traction and saving homes from foreclosure through Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or often through simple debt negotiation. Paul understands that many people have reservations relating to bankruptcy, and he is skilled at discussing, in simple terms, the risks and benefits of the bankruptcy process and the ethical or moral concerns often expressed by people whose debt has gotten out of control.
